The long black cables are used with the carriage and add thousands of variations; the short red cables are used with the red platform and can also add thousands of variations. Starting with the EVO PRO, we are discontinuing the use of the short red cables.

We recommend the handle/foostrap combo. It is the most versatile. The handle ropes are best to strengthen your grip.

We recommend the medium and large strap. Starting with the EVO PRO, we are discontinuing the X-strap.

You do not need to purchase both Bungee. We recommend the Universal Bungee as it gives you more options for resistance adjustment. The Bungee will be discontinued starting with the EVO 2.

We highly recommend the use of add-on resistance to boost the intensity.

The pole is quintessential to perform Lagree. The ramp is a great add-on, only compatible with the Mega Pro.
