Yesss, so glad to hear this and thank you for your review! That was our intention with the Micro Pulley Cables. You can still use your classic Micro cables for other exercises, as well, or connect them to your pulley cables to do exercises like assisted crunches from the back platform or floor in front of the back platform 🙂
