This is such a welcomed addition to the Lagree home machines. I upgraded to the Mini Pro from my Micro last month. Having this lift kit really takes your workouts next level. In addition, it makes transitions quicker as well. If you struggle with obtaining the Golden Angle of your knee and not over extending it or lean over too much during some moves, this really help your game. My husband a Lagree devotee still struggled with the Micro on the floor and this really increased his workouts. It’s well worth the investment.
