The Micro Strap acts as a seat belt for the feet. We highly recommend 1 strap per pad. If you purchase the base unit Micro, we recommend that you purchase 2 straps; if you purchase the Micro #5 (BU + Front & Back Handles + Rear Platform), we recommend 3 straps. (The Micro Fully Loaded will already include 3 Micro Straps.) Straps will prevent you from losing traction and possibly falling off the Micro. Straps are used for exercises like SUPER CRUNCH, SKATING, STANDING OUTER THIGHS, REVERSE CATFISH, and more. It also improves traction and increases muscle stimulation.

I’m so glad I bought this strap. It went on pretty easy and it’s very secure. I only bought one for now to use on the carriage and I will say I definitely needed it. I will use it for planks on the rear side to put my feet in or if I’m on the rear doing lunges to secure my stance, or for a heavy outer glute squat on the front with all the resistance. I’m definitely gonna purchase another when I save up for the rear platform.

I got two of these and while they work ok, they don’t like to stay in place unless I make them really tight, and then they aren’t useable. Unless I have them connected the wrong way? And in most of the lagreeingathome classes, they aren’t used.
