Designed for Home Use

The Lagree Micro is specifically designed for home use but can be used commercially as well (ideal for teaching virtual classes, group classes in small studios, and outdoor/rooftop classes). Its compact, lightweight, portable design makes the Micro incredibly versatile and is designed for men and women of all fitness levels.

Size Matters

Designed to go wherever the Megaformer can’t, the Micro’s small footprint and light weight of 50 pounds allows users to move their machine to different areas of their home or studio easily compared to the Megaformer, which weighs in at a husky 400 pounds. Due to the Micro’s small size, users can perform exercises on the Micro that cannot be performed on the Megaformer.

Catch Micro in the Action

The Micro allows you to enjoy the Lagree workout from the comfort and safety of your home, giving you the ability to perform some of your favorite Lagree moves while also trying new ones!

Spring Load

The Micro’s Light Spring (Black) has an identical resistance as the M3s Yellow Spring (~9 LBS of tension at full extension). The Heavy Spring (Red) has less resistance than the M3s Red Spring (~25 LBS of tension at full extension). Overall, the tension is similar to that of the Megaformer.

The Micro includes 4 springs: 1 red, 1 black, 1 gray, 1 white.

Advanced Moves

Because of its shorter height, the Micro allows for many floor exercises not possible on the Megaformer and provides a greater range of motion than the Megaformer. The Micro can accommodate people up to 6’8”, which cannot be accomplished on the Megaformer.

Maximize Room Capacity in a Lagree Studio

Due to the Micro’s compact size, Lagree studio owners can fit twice the number of Micros as Megaformers, doubling the class size for less than half the cost of a Megaformer. Not only does a studio of Micros make room for more participants, but it potentially doubles the profit of each class!

    The wall mount will be available in the fall. The first version of the storage bracket is not meant to workout. We will create a sturdier version which will work in a similar way 🙂 So there will be 2 types of storage bracket: 1 to store only which is the one you saw, and 1 to store and workout on. It will add many more upper body exercises options, as well as a great way to store your Micro 🙂

    The red springs can be too heavy for some people’s preference. We have developed gray springs (medium) and white springs (super light). They available in a couple of weeks.
