Lagree equipment is not priced with large retail margins built in, nor is it manufactured in massive volumes that allow for deep discounting. Instead, our pricing reflects the true cost of designing, engineering, manufacturing, and continuously improving the world’s most advanced fitness equipment.
One of the biggest reasons we do not offer discounts is that Lagree invests heavily in research and development, tooling, engineering, intellectual property protection, and legal enforcement. These investments are essential to creating new innovations, improving existing products, and protecting the integrity of the Lagree Method and the equipment that makes it possible.
Because we do not mass-produce equipment at the scale of traditional fitness manufacturers, we have the flexibility to constantly refine our products. This allows us to introduce upgrades, improve performance, enhance durability, and incorporate customer feedback into future generations of equipment. That level of innovation requires significant ongoing investment.

There are no Lagree studios within 2 hours of my location so I was thrilled to see the Micro and Lagree On Demand available for home use. I live in an apartment so the size of the machine is perfect. I do recommend purchasing the deluxe version and micro pulley cables for a better feel of an actual class. I wish there were more on demand class options specific to the Micro with purchased accessories as it can be frustrating to continuously have to pause the workout to try to accommodate. I would recommend this machine for anyone looking for a great home workout if you do not have access to a Lagree studio or are looking to supplement your current Lagree regimen. The shipping was extremely fast. I am just lucky enough to live close to the US/Canada border that I was able to send it to an US postal addy, cuz the delivery to Canada was beyond ridiculous! yiiiikes! I paid the duty but no where close to having to pay for it if shipped directly to me.
Buying the Lagree Prime pkg only makes sense, great deal instead of buying each accessory one by one, you get all the bells and whistles (except the balance pole) that you could potentially use during a workout. I did purchase with a pretty large discount so it was a bonus, but I’d say def worth the original ticketed price! If you’re used to the Mega, there is some adjusting you’ll need to do while getting used to the Micro but can generally do the same moves on both! which I love!
There are was a missing part when I opened the package, got a hold of MaxFitness and they quickly shipped the part, no questions asked (though I did have to go across the border again to retrieve it). Great customer service!
Tons of workouts online/Youtube. I have yet to subscribe to Lagree on Demand, but seeing a lot of the free workouts available, is just amazing!

I love how smooth the machine is! I do find it difficult to balance on the front platform and question why is isn’t a solid piece. This could be because I am tall and wear a size 9 1/2 shoe. I also feel that the bungee is too long. I love that it has options to shorten it but it is too long for most of the people I train on it. The Micro is amazing and has filled the void after my local studio permanently closed due to the pandemic. The Help/Info team was very helpful and answered my many questions in a timely response. The shipping was incredibly fast, and was delivered within 2 business days after I placed my order (and to Canada, no less!).
My only complaint (and it’s so minimal) is that with the Fully Loaded, you receive 2 black and 2 red springs, but when I am watching Sebastien’s videos, he sometimes references using a white spring – which if I knew about at the time of purchase, I would’ve purchased a white spring additionally, as well as a yellow spring (just to have a complete set). But I have been able to make it work with the black and red springs just fine, so it’s not that big of a deal.
I’ve been utilizing the Lagree at Home app, and I love how you can pick a workout based on target area and workout duration.
All in all, I can’t say enough about it – I’m so happy to be able to do Lagree again, and in the comfort of my home. 🙂 Thanks again!

The Lagree studio near me closed about 1.5 years ago, and the closest is a 45 min drive. I was excited when I discovered the Microformer , but I was also skeptical. Could I really get the same workout at home? What’s the catch?
I ordered a fully loaded Microformer with the footstrap/handle combo. I was blown away by how quickly I received my equipment. From order to delivery was just a little over a week. My spin bike took nearly 2 months to receive after I ordered it. So, I was impressed with the turnaround.
Upon arrival, I was more impressed with the quality. It is sturdy, well designed and easy to assemble.
Then came the ultimate test… the workout. It was everything I missed from my Megaformer days. The sweat, the burn , and let’s not forget the shaking. I woke up the next day with my whole body aching in a good way. The Microformer is amazing and an exceptional value! If you are debating, do yourself a favor and buy the Microformer. You will not regret it!

I love my microformer! I am thankful for social media and instagram to find it during the pandemic. I had to wait a few months for it to come since there was a redesign but it was worth it! I started doing Lagree in 2018 and moved away from the studio I was going to. There were really no convenient locations near my new home and then the pandemic hit. Ever since I got my micro, I’ve been trying classes from various teams and studios – they are all great and it is amazing how the microformer can bring together a diverse group of people together into a community. I would highly recommend this if you love lagree. Now I can do it whenever I want! I wish the bar handles were not loose and it is my only recommendation for future models. I’m absolutely in love with the Micro. I went 12mths during COVID w/o access to a Mega. Prior to COVID I would visit my lagree studio 4 x a week. About three weeks ago, I received a Micro intro course from one of my studio instructors. Needless to say, I was overjoyed with the workout, (shakes and all) and could not wait to acquire my very own Micro. FUCKING PERFECT. Lagree Fitness completely nailed it with this machine! As someone who struggles with working out in the same setting over and over again, the Micro is absolutely perfect. I have moved this thing to nearly every room in the house and have even taken it in my backyard to enjoy the sunshine while getting my workout in. Let me just say, you will discover muscles you didn’t know existed when you use this machine and follow workouts on Lagree at Home (one of my fav trainers is Heather–and of course, Sebastien aka THE MAN). Half the workout I feel like a bad bitch, and the other half I am humbled and reminded of how much progress there is left to be made! As a person who has been an athlete most of my life and played collegiate volleyball, my expectations for anything fitness-related are HIGH. This machine delivered and then some! All in all, if you’re looking for a machine that is going to get you results without any bullshit, this is the one. Do yourself a favor and buy the fully-loaded one because WHEN you fall in love, you’ll end up wanting all the accessories anyways. Don’t cheat yourself–get the machine that will change your life.

I joined a local Megaformer type studio in early 2019 and became obsessed with the workout. I have never experienced anything else that let me work on strength while minimizing impact and my body reaped the benefits of the challenge.
Enter…new baby. Two parents working, two kids at home, juggling schedules and time together.
Enter…pandemic, shutting down gyms and keeping us home and safe.
The Microformer was a lifesaver for this busy Mom! I am able to replicate my favorite moves from studio class at home and there are so many options for streaming classes it’s not hard to find somebody’s training to vibe with.
The machine is so well constructed and has a small enough footprint to fit in my home gym without taking away from the rest of it- not that I reach for much else!

This machine will transform your life! I started out doing in-studio Mega Reformer workouts (before Covid) and fell in love with the toning. I got into reformer classes after a running injury. My doctor said to stay away from high-intensity workouts after my surgery, so pilates was the perfect solution. And when I learned about the Micro Reformer, I had to have it! Little machine, Big workout. After working out on the mega for 6 months, we were sad our local Lagree Studio closed due to lockdown. We immediately began looking for an alternative and found the micro. We initially bought it with both platforms and later upgraded it with the straps. Wow, what a workout. While not as “intense” as the mega, this micro allows you to get into almost all the positions that the mega allowed you to, but without taking up half of your living room. After your workout, its low profile allows it to be slid under a sofa or bed for easy storage. We love our micro and are looking forward to taking more of the online classes available!

I fell in love with Lagree after participating in a Bone Density Study where I took Lagree classes in the Supra 3 times a week for a period of 6 months. I immediately fell in love with the method after experiencing the changes that I felt with my body, both physically and mentally. My results came out at the end of this time frame and I was amazed at how my body mass index and body fat decreased, my bone density and muscle mass increased, and I ultimately lost weight. Since then, I’ve been coming back to the studio to take classes and always strived to be consistent and reach the same results. Due to the pandemic, I have been unable to attend classes, which purchasing the Microformer has definitely changed. I can say that the Microformer is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made within my lifetime. Sebastian and his team provide so many resources in order for you to learn how to utilize this machine and what moves you can do, including, the Lagree at Home website, YouTube videos, live classes that are open to any questions, and so much more. I love that the learning curve is endless and there’s always ways to improve and be creative. I’m a loyal Lagree fan and I can’t wait to see what other improvements and innovations Lagree comes out with in the future. As a diehard Lagree fan and more currently teacher I couldn’t be happier with my micro. It’s a covid silver lining. I would not have purchased it if it wasn’t for the shut down of Lagree studios.
I use the micro everyday. Sometimes just for a single focus for 15 minutes. Other days the full 40-45 min for a full body workout.
It is extremely versatile and I love the stability option to use the floor. The cables are amazing and again so versatile using them on the carriage or platform.
My only word of caution is to be very careful to make sure the spring attachment is secure. I had a small mishap with a red spring that popped out during a floor lunge that left my toes and shins quite bruised. Could have been worse.
I’m reluctant to promote the micro because I’m anxious to return to teaching and want participants to come back too! For now, I’m keeping it a secret! Although, my daughter has one too.

I’ve had my micro for about two months now and love it! It’s the first fitness routine I actually get excited about. No matter what length class you take, it’s going to be a killer work out. I got the Microformer this past summer and I am absolutely obsessed! I use it multiple times per week and it’s made quarantine much more bearable. The Microformer arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. It’s well built and it still looks and feels brand new. One of the wheels under the carriage broke about a month ago, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful. They were able to ship out a new wheel and a tool almost immediately. Now before I begin my review of the Microformer, let me preface this post by noting that I’m a certified Lagree instructor working in a studio in Seattle where we use Megaformers. I’ll try to keep this review unbiased, but I do love everything Lagree.
The Microformer is a tiny beast to keep it simple. I have the Micro #5 along with two cables and the bungee. Coming in at about 90″” long with the platform and carriage only coming up about 5″” off the ground, the Microformer is very compact. It is easily slidable under a bed (without the handlebars) with it’s stylish red wheels on both ends of the machine. Use those tight glutes and lift with your legs–the Microformer is a hefty 100lbs. Now some people might be put off by the tiny platform saying they can’t get their whole foot on it for those killer lunges or for skating. I would consider this as a challenge having to use more mental energy and core strength to focus on your balance and movement. But if you really don’t care to have your foot on the platform, because the Microformer is so close to the ground, you can also take your lunges and other leg moves with one foot on the ground and the other foot on the carriage. You should feel the burn and those shakes just as quickly and effectively on the Microformer as you would on the Megaformer.
The spring load isn’t exactly the same between the Microformer and Megaformer. The Microformer has black and red springs with the black springs being the “”light springs”” and the red springs being the “”heavy springs.”” I would say the black springs are equivalent to the yellow springs on the Megaformer, but the Microformer red springs might be a little heavier than the Megaformer red springs. I typically use one red and two yellow springs for a heavy lunge on the Megaformer, but I only use one red and one black spring on the Microformer. Just goes to show what a tiny beast the Microformer is.
You don’t have to be a Lagree instructor to have a fierce, full body, effective workout on the Microformer. Between Lagreeing At Home, Sundays with Sebastien and workouts on LagreeHome.com, you are covered. You can do quick workouts, upper body, obliques, full body intense workouts–whatever your Lagree filled heart desires. With the Microformer, it’s like having a whole Lagree studio in your own home. The Microformer does not disappoint.

I LOVE my Lagree Microformer. Pre-pandemic, I took a Lagree-based class 3-4 times a week. It was the most effective way to gain lean muscle and strength. When live classes weren’t possible, I purchased the Micro and now take an on demand or live class 3 times weekly. The instructors are always encouraging, and each workout is different. Within a few weeks, I have gotten great results aesthetically (looking leaner) and strength (increasing). I love my microformer. After six months of no Lagree fitness due to the pandemic – imagine my thrill to learn that Sebastian Lagree had developed a home version of the megaformer. I get a similar strength-building workout with challenging classes. I really enjoy Sunday’s with Sebastian for an extra challenge. I have encouraged several friends to purchase their own. It’s great to have a machine that makes me feel strong again. I have two bad knees and a bad shoulder – yet, the slow moves help me build my muscle strength and I am back to being pain-free! Honestly, at the beginning I was quite sceptical if it is possible to perform the Lagree workout on the micro. It absolutely is! I can do all my favourite moves on the micro not compromising any intensity in the workout. I got the fully loaded Micro with both platforms, cables, bungee and two handlebars. It is really worth it. The possibilities are endless. Even though the bungee and I have a hate-love-relationship 🙂

The Micro is such a good quality, what makes the assembly very quick and easy. With the supporting videos it only takes a few minutes. “Got my micro fully loaded machine in November 2020. It’s addicting. I have been using it 5-6 days a week. I have a membership to the website. Do one routine a day depending on how much time I have. I absolutely love it. I have a small space. The machine fits in a small space. The sale staffs are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful with quick response. Helped me with any questions I had before buying the machine and helped after I got it. Initially, I had it on hard wood floor and the arm rest seemed unstable. They send me a new part which I end up not needing because I put the machine on a foam pad to absorb the shock and my problem was fixed.

Lagree is the absolute BEST workout I’ve ever done. Who knew I could get the same workout at home with the Microformer. I get an amazing workout, from the comfort of my own home. With the microformer I can get a full body intense workout in just a short period of time. It can be purchased at a fraction of some other workout machines and is absolutely worth it. The shipping was extremely fast. I am just lucky enough to live close to the US/Canada border that I was able to send it to an US postal addy, cuz the delivery to Canada was beyond ridiculous! yiiiikes! I paid the duty but no where close to having to pay for it if shipped directly to me.
Buying the Lagree Prime pkg only makes sense, great deal instead of buying each accessory one by one, you get all the bells and whistles (except the balance pole) that you could potentially use during a workout. I did purchase with a pretty large discount so it was a bonus, but I’d say def worth the original ticketed price! If you’re used to the Mega, there is some adjusting you’ll need to do while getting used to the Micro but can generally do the same moves on both! which I love!
There are was a missing part when I opened the package, got a hold of MaxFitness and they quickly shipped the part, no questions asked (though I did have to go across the border again to retrieve it). Great customer service!
Tons of workouts online/Youtube. I have yet to subscribe to Lagree on Demand, but seeing a lot of the free workouts available, is just amazing!

I love the convenience of having it at home and being able to do the workouts whenever I want. The classes are great, I feel the shakes pretty quickly. I do miss the feedback on my form from a live instructor, but I’ve gone to enough classes that I’m pretty sure I’m doing it right. Zoom or live video classes might be a great addition so that the instructor can give us feedback. My only complaint (and it’s so minimal) is that with the Fully Loaded, you receive 2 black and 2 red springs, but when I am watching Sebastien’s videos, he sometimes references using a white spring – which if I knew about at the time of purchase, I would’ve purchased a white spring additionally, as well as a yellow spring (just to have a complete set). But I have been able to make it work with the black and red springs just fine, so it’s not that big of a deal.

I use the micro everyday. Sometimes just for a single focus for 15 minutes. Other days the full 40-45 min for a full body workout.
It is extremely versatile and I love the stability option to use the floor. The cables are amazing and again so versatile using them on the carriage or platform.
My only word of caution is to be very careful to make sure the spring attachment is secure. I had a small mishap with a red spring that popped out during a floor lunge that left my toes and shins quite bruised. Could have been worse.
I’m reluctant to promote the micro because I’m anxious to return to teaching and want participants to come back too! For now, I’m keeping it a secret! Although, my daughter has one too.

Now before I begin my review of the Microformer, let me preface this post by noting that I’m a certified Lagree instructor working in a studio in Seattle where we use Megaformers. I’ll try to keep this review unbiased, but I do love everything Lagree.
The Microformer is a tiny beast to keep it simple. I have the Micro #5 along with two cables and the bungee. Coming in at about 90″” long with the platform and carriage only coming up about 5″” off the ground, the Microformer is very compact. It is easily slidable under a bed (without the handlebars) with it’s stylish red wheels on both ends of the machine. Use those tight glutes and lift with your legs–the Microformer is a hefty 100lbs. Now some people might be put off by the tiny platform saying they can’t get their whole foot on it for those killer lunges or for skating. I would consider this as a challenge having to use more mental energy and core strength to focus on your balance and movement. But if you really don’t care to have your foot on the platform, because the Microformer is so close to the ground, you can also take your lunges and other leg moves with one foot on the ground and the other foot on the carriage. You should feel the burn and those shakes just as quickly and effectively on the Microformer as you would on the Megaformer.
The spring load isn’t exactly the same between the Microformer and Megaformer. The Microformer has black and red springs with the black springs being the “”light springs”” and the red springs being the “”heavy springs.”” I would say the black springs are equivalent to the yellow springs on the Megaformer, but the Microformer red springs might be a little heavier than the Megaformer red springs. I typically use one red and two yellow springs for a heavy lunge on the Megaformer, but I only use one red and one black spring on the Microformer. Just goes to show what a tiny beast the Microformer is.

I LOVE my Lagree Microformer. Pre-pandemic, I took a Lagree-based class 3-4 times a week. It was the most effective way to gain lean muscle and strength. The Micro is just as challenging as the Mega! I moved to an area where there are no Lagree studios, and I missed Lagree so much that I ordered a Micro. Honestly, at the beginning I was quite sceptical if it is possible to perform the Lagree workout on the micro. It absolutely is! I can do all my favourite moves on the micro not compromising any intensity in the workout. I got the fully loaded Micro with both platforms, cables, bungee and two handlebars. It is really worth it. The possibilities are endless. Even though the bungee and I have a hate-love-relationship 🙂

The Micro is such a good quality, what makes the assembly very quick and easy. With the supporting videos it only takes a few minutes. “Got my micro fully loaded machine in November 2020. It’s addicting. I have been using it 5-6 days a week. I have a membership to the website. Do one routine a day depending on how much time I have. I absolutely love it. I have a small space. The machine fits in a small space. The sale staffs are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful with quick response. Helped me with any questions I had before buying the machine and helped after I got it. Initially, I had it on hard wood floor and the arm rest seemed unstable.
