All New Technology
With larger platforms than those seen on the Micro, the Mini platform provides ample range of movement and more areas to place the feet and hands during pressing movements. While the Megaformer, EVO, and the Micro are certainly the ultimate in innovative fitness equipment, the angling technology makes its first-ever debut with the launch of the Mini.
Six Platform Positions: 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°
The platform can also be used in a full vertical lift as a handlebar. With the platform lifted, users can perform many of the most effective and intense exercises in the Lagree Fitness repertoire.
Low Impact, High-Intensity Workout
As with all Lagree Fitness machines, the Mini delivers a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout that builds muscular strength, endurance, and core strength, all while improving balance and flexibility.
Perform Megaformer Classes on The Mini
While the Mini sits low, at the same height as the Micro (5.5” off the floor), Lagree Fitness will soon release a lift kit that will allow users to raise the Mini to the identical height of the Megaformer. This will allow for an even greater range of Lagree moves, such as floor lunge and back lunge.
