ALL-SALES-FINAL POLICY
At Lagree Fitness we are confident you’ll love using our equipment and accessories, especially the first time you catch yourself in the mirror before getting in the shower and notice your body is looking really, really good.
This is why our return policy is simple: We don’t have one.
It won’t matter to you anyway.
Lagree Fitness is unlike anything you’ve tried in the past. It is high-intensity, low-impact core, endurance, and strength training backed by science, research, and results. If you were to come across this document after using your Micro for a few weeks, you’d notice your clothes fit looser, your body was tighter — and you were happier. If you read this overview after letting the machine collect dust in your basement, neither you nor your body has improved.
These machines and accessories do what they promise. The rest is up to you.
As customer service and client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to everyone at Maximum Fitness, our no-return policy is ironclad to prevent confusion and frustration from all sides. Implementing a strict all-sales-final philosophy helps keep costs down — — ours and yours. This also allows our dedicated warehouse, sales, research and product teams to continue their steadfast work providing awesome customers like you with the most cutting-edge fitness equipment in the world.
Now, before you decide we’re totally unreasonable, hang on. You and your purchase are protected by our one-year warranty that starts the day the equipment lands on your doorstep. If something weird happens, as in your merchandise arrives and is defective (although this is unlikely), Maximum Fitness, Inc., will evaluate the situation and repair or replace your order accordingly.
Don’t Panic. Your Purchase Is Protected Under Our One-Year Warranty.
Keep in mind, our warranty coverage applies only if the machines and accessories are used solely for and in conjunction with the Lagree Fitness Training Method. This means if you use the equipment to do Pilates, CrossFit, Jazzercise, unusual role playing, or anything else that isn’t the Lagree Fitness Method— or tries to modify the Method — your warranty is considered null and void. All warranty repairs or replacements will be coordinated through the team at Maximum Fitness, Inc.
The Nitty Gritty
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only, as in something went awry during production. If you have a warranty claim, our team will review it to check for damage that happened during shipping or manufacturing. If so, it’s covered under the one-year warranty. Maximum Fitness, Inc. reserves its right under warranty guidelines not to refund at its sole discretion.
Here’s what it does not include:
- Normal wear and tear during use — such rips, tears, stains, fraying stains and cracks.
- Improper use of the equipment. If you break it, the warranty doesn’t cover it.
- The same goes for misuse, negligence, or any damage incurred during shipping or delivery.
- Putting it together wrong. We have videos that show you how to assemble our machines in an easy-to-follow, step-by-step
process. - Unauthorized for use. No warranty coverage or service will be provided for any machines not authorized for use by Lagree
Fitness, Inc. - The warranty does not cover accessories purchased separately, after the original purchase.
- Storage that is unauthorized by Maximum Fitness, Inc.

LIMITED WARRANTY & SERVICE UTILIZATION
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR THE RELATED AGREEMENTS, NEITHER PARTY MAKES ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, AND EACH PARTY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
For a period of one year following customers’ receipt of the machine, Maximum Fitness will repair or replace, at their discretion, any items found to be defective. All warranty coverage will extend only in the event that the Machine is used solely for and in conjunction with the Lagree Fitness Training Method. The warranty is void if the training is modified and/or mixed with any other type of training. All warranty repairs or replacements will be coordinated through Maximum fitness.
This warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not provide remedy for any defect or damage resulting from normal wear and tear (which includes, but is not limited to ripping, tearing, fraying, staining from liquids such as water, sweat or damp towels, rust, paint chipping or dulling, plastic cracking or breaking), misuse, negligence, improper assembly or installation, or any damage incurred during shipping or delivery. No warranty coverage or service will be provided for any machines not authorized for use by Lagree fitness.
The warranty does not cover the accessories which are purchased separately.
Conditions which void the Warranty:
1. Storage which is not authorized by Maximum Fitness.
2. Improper use of the equipment.
Damages
If you receive damaged product, please contact [email protected] with your order number and images/videos of the damages within 5 days of receiving your order. Maximum Fitness will repair or replace, at their discretion, any items found to be damaged by the shipper or manufacturer. In the event that Maximum Fitness determines a repair and replacement is warranted, Maximum Fitness will cover all shipping expenses. Customers are responsible for installation and assembly. Customer is also responsible for repacking product if Maximum Fitness requests damaged product to be returned in exchange for a replacement.
Conditions which void this:
1. Storage which is not authorized by Maximum Fitness.
2. Improper use of the equipment.
3. Damages caused by user.
SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship via FedEx, both in the US and Internationally.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
In stock items will typically ship out within 1 week. Backorder (out of stock) items will typically ship within 3-4 weeks, unless states otherwise in the product description.
Shipping for pre-order items vary. The item will note how long it will take to ship. If you order in stock items with preorder items, the full order will ship together when the pre-order item is in stock.
Signature Requirement
Orders that include Micros, Mini or Mini Pro will require a signature at delivery to ensure you receive your equipment.
Shipping and Handling Charges & Options
Our shipping & handling charges are determined by the dimensions and weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
We offer ground & expedited shipping (availability varies depending on where you are located). Please note that the time frame the shipping option offers is from when the order ships, not from when you place the order. For example, if you select 1-day shipping and the item takes 3-4 weeks to ship, it will be shipped with 1-day shipped in 3-4 weeks from when you place the order.
FedEx does not offer inside delivery nor assembly, they offer door-to-door delivery only. If you have special delivery requests or shipping questions please reach out to [email protected].
International Orders
We ship worldwide! We can ship any item to any country. The shipping rates calculated at checkout will include the duties & taxes. Duties & taxes vary depending per country.
DISCOUNT & SALES POLICY
- We do not combine discounts. Only one discount can be used per order during sales, or at any other time.
- Discounts cannot be added on orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped. If your order has not shipped, you can attempt to inquire about canceling your order to re-order, but cancelation of an order is never guaranteed.
- Discounts and sale expire. Discounts or sales will only be honored during the dates the sale is being offered, we will not extend it outside of the sale dates.
- Discounts are subject to restrictions and may not apply to all products.
